App crashes every single time I try to open. I have deleted & reinstalled it with no luck.

Need to fix problems with app

Getting an API exception error whenever I try and use the app.

Still not working! Kim & Go promote this rewards program and then gives us this crap! Waste of time!

App no longer doesnt load as of most recent update however still need to add feature of being able to access card in wallet from lock screen. Also offers are slow to load and sometimes dont load at all. But love the new program.

You broke it. Now it doesnt work. Cant save changes in address. Cant see rewards. Deleted and reinstalled. Same thing.

Your update fixed the crashing, now I get an API error message.... Cannot see any info.

It doesnt work so I deleted it.

I dont understand why the paste function would ever be turned off on a mobile app.

I dont see any problem with this app. I can see my rewards perfectly fine and I get no error message. In fact I like the app. It gives my some kind of reasons to go to Kum&Go other then that they are the only convenient store near by. Unlike most of the reviews which are not even reviews at all I actually judge this app fairly. It completes its main purpose witch is to give you points so that you can spend them on rewards so that is point to the app. It also lets choose your next reward, but gives vary little to choose from. If it had more options to choose from, it would make it better. It also has this pizza club thing where if you buy 6 pizzas (dose not have to be on one perches) you will get one whole pizza free. On the offers menu it shows discounts that can be used anytime replacing the Kum&Go discount app they had. The app also looks up other Kum&Go stores in your area and how far you are from them. With that said I end my review here. The Kum&Go Rewards app could my be use a few tweaks here and there, but it is not as bad as most of the reviews say it is. The only thing I have to say is keep it up and improve this app the best you can.

I didnt want the rewards in the first place and now the app I downloaded wont even let me get passed the email confirmation. Dont waste your time. Its not worth it.

Does not allow + in email for SPAM filtering. Does not allow paste in password field. Dashlane or 1Password users break out your pencils. Password formula is a little complex for the occasional free Slushee. Deleted the app.

I use a password manager to create secure password and keep track of them. This app doesnt allow pasting into a password field. Also, the password requirements are a bit strong for a rewards card. Its not a bank account.

I would suggest that if you offer a food or beverage reward during a birthday month that you allow the scan to work for the aforementioned food choice. Its very disappointing when it doesnt go through and youre not in the mood for a soda.

I accumulated the rewards points needed for ten cents off a gallon of gas. Once accumulated I was prompted at the pump if I wanted to use the reward and chose yes. Upon completing the sale the amount charged to my card was the full price and did not reflect my reward. Of course the reward was not longer available in my account and I had to start back over. This is dishonest and I will not be using the app any longer.

I thought ok I will give it a try. I could not even register and try it out because it doesnt recognize my email as being valid @ME.Com Dont wast your time people.

Doesnt recognize email addresses with 4 character tlds. Doesnt allow you to change your email address if needed.

I can sign on online, but the iPhone app will not let me sign on after update. It says invalid email, yet I keep getting email updates every time I use the card

Super buggy. Only shows one club, but doesnt hang on the load screen for me like it does many others. But it needs a lot of work. Kind of what I expected with a very early app edition, but get in gear guys, you have a lot of people that could really use this.
