Kum & Go App Reviews

Just wanted to note that the app seems to work fine for me. I set my account up via the web first (on a computer) and then when I downloaded the app and attempted to sign in, I was able to sign right in with no problem. I exited the app and was able to come right back in. Im on Apple products. So this specific process seemed to work okay. Will not know for a while whether the points and offers work, but install and login seem okay for me.

The app doesnt always load. I have to delete and re-download the app everyday for it to work.

I only have to delete it and reinstall it every time I want to use it!! So handy!

The app doesnt load most the time and the deals are not removed in a timely matter. Deals are removed from the corporate system but the app doesnt reflect that in a timely matter (reloading app does not remove dead deals either).

App in general similar other than some offers/coupons not dropping off after theyll are used (and some you cant manually remove either... but some you can). The worst is that many store clerks dont know how to use it and they cannot give you a final price (including offers and discounts) until AFTER the charge your credit card. Are you kidding!? I end up needing refunds half the time because the offer doesnt properly decrease my cost.

There is issue with this app. Each time I create the apple app over, it lets me in with no problem, but until I exit the app and go back into it after awhile , it just shows the Kum n Go logo with the red background and does not allow me to do anything. It needs work.

I cant even get my app to open. I can log on on their normal website though. Do they not extensively test these apps before they release them?

I downloaded app and tried to create an account. It says I must be 13 years old so I put my bday in and it automatically resets back to todays date. Cant get past it to continue. Uninstalled the app. What a waste. I guess Ill stick with my QuikTrip app.

I love the app and the rewards program. I just cant get it to let me log back into my account through Facebook.

I like saving however I think in this day of technology that you should add your gas prices on the app. Your main competitor does this you should really consider it!

Great idea but looking forward to an update to the app as it seems to hang up during launch.

The fact that the rewards dont subtract discounts until after the checkout is a hassle. I also earned a reward and once it appears at the top I clicked it and it disappeared without me getting to use it. Disappointed overall.

Even though they had an update the other day, Im still not able to get past the loading screen. Rather disappointed

Kum & Go has been big enough for a rewards program for quite some time. The awaited app is a giant disappointment. ApiException error message apparently means that access to the specified source has been restricted. Kum on already!

Hangs on the load screen most of the time. I like the app when it works. I always have the option of putting my phone number in so I will keep using it until they fix the loading problem.

What a waste of time dont even bother and a scam for you to buy more of their expensive retail by opening a rewards card that crashes on the app or wont even work properly. Hire some new staff or get rid of your jokes... GO HOME KUM N GO APP TEAM YOUR DRUNK!!!

Cant do anything with the app, locks up on load screen

The app simply doesnt work. It wont let me link the card I received in stores, and nearly every action within the app gives me an error message. It is very disappointing that a large company like Kum&Go would even allow an app in this kind of shape to be released under their name.

I like K&G but this app is like visiting an old highway gas station...after stopping you swear youll never do that again.
