Rewards not Honored

I accumulated the rewards points needed for ten cents off a gallon of gas. Once accumulated I was prompted at the pump if I wanted to use the reward and chose yes. Upon completing the sale the amount charged to my card was the full price and did not reflect my reward. Of course the reward was not longer available in my account and I had to start back over. This is dishonest and I will not be using the app any longer.
